Short ribs are bomb, kinda early to tell how much would suffice but I'd bank on about 5lbs. Last year we had hella food left, I don't know if people were being shy or what but I wouldn't bring too much.

So are those ribs marinated? My dad gets some marinated short ribs from this bomb azz meat market up in N.Portland, them mofo's are off the heezy, but kinda pricey.
