4 Giovanna Milano 16" wheels with 4 Ventus HR II 215/50R17 tires with about 2k miles on them.

3 of the wheels have chrome peeling off, mostly in the inner part of the wheel.

I want to get some new wheels, but I wanted to know how much I could possibly get for these wheels, so I know how much i can spend on new ones.
