the only time a chipped ECU is worth getting is when you are complementing it with other high end parts such as head work, cams, performance intake manifolds, throttle body, bottom end work, and a quality header. if you just have the basic bolt ons, the ECU remapping does not really do much. the chipping will change fuel and rev limits, and you can only take advantage of that when you do need those extra RPM or more fuel when you get bigger cams and let the motor breathe better with headwork, intake manifolds and TB.
