You need an OBD I P72 ECU from a '94-'95 Integra GS-R. They're a little hard to find but if you look, you'll eventually find one. If you have a P28 SOHC VTEC ECU you can also have that rechipped to run a stock DOHC VTEC program but I've never used one so I can't say how well they work. In the link PhiZ posted, the 3rd one down is the one you want.
