ok, before you start off with your project. do a little more researching so that you know what you are getting.
there is a huge difference between the b16 block and B18A/B and B18C blocks.
the b16A's have similar bore size but discplacement is less due to the crank.
you say you are using a stroker crank. to what? stroker cranks for b16A's usually only bump it up to a 1.8L which is just a b18A/B/C. might as well start with a b18A/B/C to go with.
also, when building a motor, its not as simple as just honing the block to clean it up. you have to keep in mind that pistons are usually replaced or at least the rings are, if the pistons are still good.
oil pump, water pump are all replaced as well as the bearings. machining that is needed are decking the block to ensure a flat smooth surface on the block, bore and hone to clean up the cylinder walls, and hot tanking in the end to clean the whole block free of debris.
