my valve cover is cut so cam gears are exposed..so ive located the adjusting bolt but it seems to be in a hard to reach place? i dont think a ratchet would reach that would in the correct position to turn..a question i have is the bolt you loosen to adjust the belt..thats the bolt you see right when you look under your car in front of your left front wheel right? its the bolt attached to the ac and other belts? one bolt for all belts right
