there any chips out there that will actually give you more hp??
or do i have to just get my chip tuned at the shop?
the mechanic said he can get chip($200) and then tune($800) my car and it will give me about 15hp to the ground!!???
i think thats bullshit. but if its true its still a hell of a lot for 15hp.
