Well, that's been his pattern..... saying stuff without doing his homework.
And the forward thinking that exists at Honda and Toyota could never fully exist at the big 2.5. They operate in a chain of command format, with the bottom having more power than the top.
With non-union operations, especially how Honda operates, you don't need unions if everyone's ideas count. And appearantly they do.
I've always felt that unions have been holding America back and it's those unions that are making it hard for big companies to keep their mfg. jobs here in the States.
