Yes, it's different. the 88-91 Prelude 4WS is all mechanical, and turns based steering input. the 92-94 (92-01 for some other countries) Prelude 4WS is electronic, and steers the rear wheels based on sensor input for Vehicle Speed and Steering Input angle.
