I had a sprint phone come back in one day when i was still at Best Buy. The woman was ENRAGED. She said that the phone overheated to the point where you couldn't hold it up to your ear. I asked her how long this took and she said "not long, maybe an hour". Who the hell sits on their cell phone continuously for hours at a time? And why does a 16 year old need a cell? At least she's ok though.
