There is just something about the Mossbergs that makes me smile... probably the US military acceptance (well, the 590A1) part.
I almost bought a Winchester model... well, I don't remember, but it had a WWII era flaming bomb ordnance acceptance mark on it, it was a semi-auto model. It was in great condition, but I didn't have much money and really wanted a 590.
