Default Lowering problems

I've got a seemingly huge problem. I'd really love to lower my Accord. I've got the money to do it right, that fits my needs. (~$500). I've got a GReddy Evo2 exhaust that's huge and I'm so afraid if I lower it even a tiny amount (I was thinking Eibach Prokits on some GR-2 shocks but now I'm thinking H&R because it's -0.2" vs the Prokits. (1.5f/1.5r vs 1.5/1.3). But I'm afraid if I lower it even that much I'll scrape the damn thing. I've already scraped it a couple of times and I'm a CAREFUL SLOW driver on those shitty downhill roads. The funny thing is, I scraped it once coming out of the ACURA, that's right -- the ACURA dealership. Lowered cars would have a hell of a problem coming out/going in, even the A-Spec RSX-S's I bet. Not to mention if you were lowered on a bodykit!

My concerns are, how many of you have an aftermarket catback and scrape it? Is this going to damage it in any way? Is there ANYTHING I can do?
