I do agree wholeheartedly on this point.

To be honest a woman in the workplace should make equal money for equal jobs. I do not see colleges offering lower tuitions for female enrolees nor do I see them asking for less work or a less strict grading curve based on sex.

To turn around and pay them less in the workplace is basically saying that out of all that crap they taught you women are only retaining half as much as men do.

In essence I would assume you could argue a case in the supreme court regarding this issue because it is equivelent to sexual discrimination on a national level.
