yeah, wait for an amp, replacing the speaker wire isnt worth it if you just run off the headunit, the factory wire is sufficient for that. I'm sorry I can't explain it better, I hadnt seen it before either and it was a circus to do. Yyou don't have to take the WHOLE dash apart, but you'll need to pull the glovebox, console, and the steering column cover. It's not too bad man, if I can do it, you can do it.
