Default Help me diagnose my clutch problems

Ok, about a week ago, my clutch pedal feel changed. It went from biting at aproxamately the same level as the gas pedal to biting almost immediately off the floor. The friction zone feels smaller as well, its getting almost binary. I now have a few inches of dead throw (nothing happens) at the top of my clutch pedal.

I'm wondering what the service interval is for the hydrolic clutch fluid. It might be breaking down. Or, of course (most likely) it is something complicated and expensive.

Any ideas?

Oh and by the way, anyone ever get a clutch from ebay? There's a whole clutch set, and lightened flywheel for $300 (or clutch kit alone for $140 or so). Seller has a ton of positive feedback, so it's not a scam. But it does seem too good to be true.
