I've always liked (but was always too poor) an oil pressure and exhaust gas tempurature gauge. A good quality aftermarket temp gauge isn't a bad idea either. Most of the cheap A/F gauges are just pretty and not really functional (the stock O2 sensor isn't accurate enough for the gauge to be effective.
