jack it up, take off your wheel and spin the rotor. You should be able to hear it. Either the pads aren't seated properly or somethings rubbing against your rotor. If, as you're spinning the rotor, it only rubs during part of the rotation (i.e. for 1/4 of each rotation) its also possible your rotors are warped.
