Default Camber/Suspension Question

My setup on my 96 GS-R consists of Comptech Springs and AGX shocks. When I took it for an alignment, the front camber was at -1.2 on one side and -2 on the other.

Assuming cost is not an issue, would the best choice be to replace the upper control arms with the Skunk2 control arms that allow camber adjustment?

Also, if I do that, what custom settings would you recommend for the camber, caster, and toe... or would it be better to stay with stock numbers? I want to find a medium between performance and tire wear.

Thanks.
