A GSR tranny in my LS was in my planbook for a while, but it would seem difficult to find a decent used GSR tranny that hasn't been abused. How about a b16? Would a tranny off a B16 work just as well as a GSR tranny? Just some ideas.
b16 trannies have even shorter gear ratios, i wouldnt be able to stand them, theyre so short. it would be good for a track car, but i dont like the idea of 5k rpms for just driving on the freeway. i would put a gsr in, and while youre doing it upgrade your flywheel, and check your clutch and maybe replace that aswell.
