Well to me if this happens every morning when it's cold your car is idling pretty high to get the car warmed up fast. If you shift into reverse, this will cause what you explained to happen. If this happens when tha car is warmed up, you probably have a idle that's too high or your car has so much torque. Have a technician check line pressure if this is an automatic tranny, I assume it is a automatic. Also check Throttle valve if it is equip with one.
