Not only do they abuse their position, they foster mis-trust among those whom they are to protect. As in any sector of society, there are problem children. This is to be expected. The only way this kind of shit will stop is if we can expose as many of the incidents as we can. Make the law enforcement agencies accountable for the actions of their officers. Perhaps by showing the sheer number of abuses, the leadership within the various agencies could be convinced to revise their screening, hiring and training procedures.Fcuk cops!
