Yah... very true. And thus this time limit would prevent them from completing their contract properly and they should get axed
But if they're doing 11% of their work in the office and the other 89% completing all necessary work elsewhere, then power to them.
But 11% is awfully low... And the only reason I defend it is because someone I know is a HW engineer that spends most of his time working from home because he can use his personal reference library and can work when he's most productive. That and journalist are the only two jobs where I can see such segues from the office as acceptable. But if you're responsible for people below you, then that's BS and you're depriving the company of leadership resources, and thus should be axed.
