I agree with RKV regarding link one.

If you notice the title says that it is OEM...I don't think so.
"Honda Accord 98 99 00 01 Catalytic Converter OEM NEW !!"

Then in the item description...notice the word replacement. That tell me it is an aftermarket and not Honda.
"Up for auction is a brand new stock OEM replacement direct fit bolt-on Catalytic Converter for a Honda Accord 1998-2001 2.3L 4 cyl. E-mail us any questions."

If you pay attention, you will notice a lot of this type of wording on ebay.
To me, it is false advertising.
