the audi pictured is a 96-97 with s4 bumper.. I would go audi.. I do own a audi and my sister in law has a tl.. both cars have a different feel to it. go for the a4 b6 ultra sport.. sport suspension and comes with 18's.. and has similar to the new s4 look..

The audi has way more potential then a tl.. in looks, and performance..
