I wore mine occaisonally until I started to drive. Then I got used to them so much that I just wear them all the time (besides when I'm in the house--don't really need them then). I've only forgot them driving once, and I didn't get 4 houses down the street until I noticed i couldn't see. I think it's a confidence thing. Kind of like you knew you could do well without them before, but you see so well with them you're just not sure.
But it'll take some getting used to.
