Josh just doesn't let anyone drive his car, well I do from time to time.
The biggest thing to learning how to drive a stick is finding the catch point of the clutch. Also, I dont know if I'm the only one, when shifting if you let the gas and clutch engagement overlap just a little bit (might jump 300rpms) then shift, it is so much smoother.
