Yeah, the antifreeze & radiator fluid can't mix, but usually the radiator & tranny cooler are built together. So you'll have to disconnect the tranny fluid hoses as well as the radiator hoses.

Maybe it's a good excuse to change your tranny fluid, but I guess you don't really have to. Just replace what you lost after putting the new radiator in.
