Well, I dropped an H22A4 into my 97 Coupe. I'm actually using a non-SH engine from a 98 model. I'm using my original Accord intermediate shaft and axles with my swap. I don't know too much about the ATTS unit but it seems like you can ditch the original ATTS unit and all of the junk it comes with and bolt up the Accord shaft. Is there any difference in the SH's tranny??? Also, if you want to keep your Accord OBD2, you'll need either a JDM P5M or a 96 P13 ecu.
