I really don't know, they manage pretty good. It's amazing the damage they do to a car. I've seen cars get totaled from wiring harness damage rats do. Also one time I was doing a t-belt late in the afternoon and didn't quite finish that day, I left the car in the air on the rack and left the driver's window down. The next morning when i lowered it down the front seats were completely chewed up. stuffing and pieces of the seat material was everywhere. They love to eat car seats and wiring. Most of the time though they try to make a home in the evap box.
