well, there's no proof either way as to who totaled the car. However, the fact that his sister got that far w/ a stick sounds very, very odd, that's probably the only evidence that supports your theory.

That's true, he may live, however, don't you think it's a bitch that he JUST purchased several things for his car less than a month prior to this incident? He didn't even get to enjoy them for that long and someone ELSE had the honors of destroying his car; it's one thing if he did it himself, but since someone else ended it, it sucks that much more. If the situation was turned around and it was your car, I'd be willing to put down some money that you'd be pretty pissed too.
