I just ordered mine from a guy on the board. You CAN NOT use the ones from the front. They'd be ass backwards. Sometimes it'll pop up that someone found some, or you could go to a junkyard and look for some. The stuff that I got is off of a 5th gen. What you need will be:
Knuckle/Hub assembly
Rear trailing arm (some people say you don't, but I say you do)
Assorted brake hardware ie: calipers and whatnot
E-brake cable
They'll go right on to the exiting brake lines. Now here's something you don't HAVE to do, but is useful. The 4-wheel disc brake Accords/Tegs/CRX Si had a different proportioning valve than the rear drums did. Rear drum has a 30/30. 4-wheel disc has a 40/40. You really should get the 40/40 prop valve so that your brakes aren't all unbalanced. Another thing might be upgrading the master cylinder since the drum brake one is a bit smaller than the disc brake one (I believe it's 3/4" for drum and 15/16" for disc.
