It sounds to me like your stock shocks are on the verge of blowing. Are any of them leaking fluid yet? Get rid of the worn out stock shocks, sell the springs and the R1's and buy some used Ground Control coilover sleeves and a set of adjustable shocks like the KYB AGX or Koni Yellows. And a camber kit will definitely be necessary as well.

Over the life of the car, it pays to invest in quality components.

A note about springs and shocks: GC's are built to work with specific shock damping rates. So make sure that you match the GC springs to the correct shock. Get it wrong and bad things will happen.
