I'd have to agree with the previous statements. The V6 may be more powerful stock than the I4...but it's tranny is a POS. Its sad really... even my dad's 01 CLS had its tranny recalled. Total BS. I have a 6th gen I4 5spd myself and I love it. I swear the 5spd is bulletproof. And like the others said, when done right, there is alot of horsepower to be made...i.e. turbo.
