I say kthxbye, <3 u and other various lines to people such as yourself. The way you just mentioned to control timing is not the method this post was talking about. Bottom line OBD II > u when you try to control the timing through the dizzy which is what my good man Eddie pointed out to you when you told him to stop feeding misinformation.
