LOL, for my university earthquakes class, we had a group project to do about the apartment owner and earthquakes. While doing my research, I learned all about renter's insurance, something I never knew about. Also, do you live in a high earthquake area? If so, and there's an earthquake and your renter's insurance policy doesn't have earthquake coverage, you're screwed. Also, sometimes, they decutible is so high, you can have the insurance, have an earthquake, and still be short in damages to recieve any money from the insurance company. Okay, I'll stop re-telling my presentation, LOL....
