Are you sure u know what you are talking about? Seems like you made your point well, I would just rather have you be wrong

puahah yeah i wish i was wrong too, kinda sucks cuz it makes it really annoying when you wanna play with cam gears and what not,
but if you look at your dizzy you will see two bolt holes are slotted and the 3rd one is not so thats a no go on moving the dizzy. Plus if you take out the 3rd bolt and you move it around too far your gonna throw a CEL cuz the crank position sensor thats on the oil pump will be too far out of sync with the cam position sensor in the dizzy,
only way to effectively move the timing is get some sort of timing control unit, like a MSD box or what not.
