Obviously, you're shooting your mouth off. You'd be amazed what those old lude Si's could lay down. Shit, they were tanks, and still laid down almost flat 15's with an intake....
That's better than any stock civic in the US... Ignorance makes me hurt people....

Anyway, the swap would not be worth it. Mounting would be a pain, and there would be a lot of vaccum line stuff to mess with. The rear subframe on the old ludes comes up a lot higher, and it also has a front motor mount. You can't use any other B series parts on it. It's a bastard child engine, like the dohc zc, only worse.
