like the others said, thats just a oil supply kit, so if you buy a vtec head, you can tap the block to run oil to the head.

you wont be able to rev as high, i would only take it to 7500 rpm tops! i would stick with 7000 rpm to be safe..if you miss a shift with this engine it is recommended you dont keep reving up that high, just ease her down maybe stop and start again if your trying for a drag or whatnot..the reason is because the bottom end of a integra ls block is very weak when compared against a gsr block or a type-r block...so you could blow it up if revved too high or missing a shift..

another downside is vtec engages at like 5000 rpm or 5500 im not sure...so its harder to stay in vtec when racing it...so you would want to invest in a apexi vtec controller to lower the vtec point to say 4400 rpm which is where a gsr hits at...

if you have a gsr head does vtec kick in at 4400 still? im only familar with the ls * b16a combo....

and like clickwir said converting it too one of these heads is basically just running a oil line from the block to the head...costs about 90 bucks or cheaper, a little machine work required, talk to a shop about that...

andddddddd....id recommend building the bottom end of your block on the ls with forged pistons, rods, and a crank so u can rev happily, and throw in some type-r cams for a little extra fun...then u should be able to goto 8k...not sure if the stock b16a valve springs can handle 8k but gsr's can, you'll have to look into that...

hope this helped, peace
you really have no idea. buying pistons, rods, and crank has nothing to do with the reving of the ls. the ls has a little longer stroke, which increases its torque, although making it less prone to the rev. the ls engine is not weaker than the gsr/b16 by any means. imo, its stronger. stock for stock, the ls can take more boost.
