Well if there is two wires coming from the actuator the circuit most likely reverses. one will act as power in and one acts as ground depending on the switch position. I know it's not your fault but your picture sucks. I don't know if the relay in your picture is one relay or two? you keep saying "relays". Can you post the orignal diagram from the company that you bought it from? It's hard to figure out over the net without a good diagram of what you have. If you don't have a way to do that, draw how the relay/s look better. On most relays the relay's outter box will have a diagram inprinted on it so you can tell which terminal does what/which side is a control side or load side.
