That is the worst shape I've ever seen a type-r in (besides when i look in my backyard or type-r graveyard) plus the car doesn't run? You need to ask your self if you want the car because its the introductory, around 500 made, will be a collector and worth money someday. Or do you want a fast car. You can't really have both because if you want the first it kinda voids the second. But if you only want the second get something else. Either way thats probably to much money. I'd think he'd have to come down alot if he expects it to sell.
