yet another suspension question
Hey guys,
I'm currently rolling in a car that yes, was slightly modified by its previous owner ....and while he did a good job on most stuff, he used APC coilovers to lower the car, and I believe they may even be stock struts/shocks inside the sleeves. Anyhow, he also neglected to give me the wrenches to raise the car up, so I'm deffinately just wanting to get rid of them. I'm thinking about some of the dropzone spring/shock combo things, or perhaps a set of Tein springs with kyb or konis. Anyhow, my question is if anyone has a picture of a hatchback that has been lowered on springs instead of coilovers - that also has a B series motor in it. I'm thinking the coilovers are the only way to ensure that I don't look like like I'm about to nose dive into the asphault at any second, so I may have no choice but to go with "true coilovers" ........
Anyhow, just curious to see if the b series up front is going to make it sit a *lot* (noticably) lower up front than in the rear on a set of "static lowering springs"....as right now, the car is sitting way too low, I can't even fit a coke can under the car and it seems like every bump I sit the car on the ground.
