How does the powerband shift? My car isnt a 5spd, so I need as much torque and power and the low end for my take offs since they suck with an auto. NTPOG didnt have any information as far as power changes.

Is the CAI the one that mounts down inside the bumper? I'm pretty newb as far as the i/h/e stuff. I've only been in the Honda world for about a week and a half
