It's easy man. Just ask her what she's doing after work or later on. If she says she's free then ask her if she wants to go out and catch a flick or shoot a game of pool or something. If she's not free then just be like "Oh, it's cool, I was just asking cuz I thought you'd wanna go out if you weren't doing anything."
