you could try a polisher(meant to fill small scratches swirls) -prolly wont work for fish eye's tho

a rubbing compound-- like using an abrasive puddy --also meant for fine marks tho

wetsanding is prolly gonna be your only choice tho like goober said. wetsand with like 1500 or even 2k and just do a lil at a time. see how it looks. using the rubbing compound after you sand it tho.. so you will have the gloss back otherwise it will be all dulled
