sorry to revive the post, but i've recently heard that the person sponsoring this bill is a democrat, as well as other democrats who were opposed to the war. that said, i think these democrats are trying to create panic, for reasons i'm sure you all can guess.

if this is true (i'd like someone to correct me if i'm wrong, or back me up if i'm right), it's pretty freakin' dirty.
