If going for diffrent size fans, look for the CFM rating and make the total of all intake fans as equal to the total for all output fans.
Too much CFM out and you'll be creating a vaccum inside and it will pull air through cracks, holes, and other openenings where you don't want it to come from.
Feel the flow Happy. It's all about the air flow.
Actually, if you want to keep the inside dust free, it's good to have imbalance, either way.. So yea, more in than out pushes dust out.

I used to do that too! But things got complicated with all the dust and etc inside.
