Default wheel shaking ater brake job

i tooky my car to NTB and they machined my rotors for me, which made my wheel stop shaking and brakes stop sqeeling but then i found another problem. As i drove from there to school on the highway, i noticed my wheel shake semi-violently at 60-65 mph or more. I took it back and they couldn't fix it....althought they found i had a bent rim in the front, so they said that was it and moved it to the back. It made no difference. Feels the same.

So, I took the car to another guy, somebody my dad knew at a gas station and he said 3 of the tires were un-balanced. Since then, it's still around, but now it comes and goes. Go figure.

Niether NTB or this gas station can figure it out now...what do you guys think it is? I just installed some KYB Shocks myself about a week before I started feeling the vibration in the wheel. I'm thinkin of getting my suspension checked...but I doubt that's what it is.

Has anyone had this problem before after they lowered their car? Mine has been lowered for 2 months, all i did was switch shocks a few weeks back.

Thanks
