You need:
Clutch Pedal Assembly
Gas and Brake Assembly, unless you want the huge break pedal still.
Clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder and resevoir, and hose the connects resevoir to master cylinder.
Hard lines/Slave lines (same thing) these go from the master cylinder to the slave cylinder
Transmission
Passenger side tranny mount, needed to be rewelded onto the chassis
Shift linkage and brackets for short shifter.
Short shifter
Manual ECU (unless you just bypass it, when you rewire the shifter, you'll have to have it set in park forever I believe, so that the car will still give your keys back.
