you need a trailer wirring adapter, one that is used for wirring trailer lights to a car with seperate turn signals and brake lights. The wirring should be rather self explanatory. As for parking lights in both "circles" you need to purchase 2 sockets for dual filament bulbs that fit the lights (take a light with you into the store and try different ones to get the right sockets!), and wire the parking lights into the parking lights on the brake/tail light.

Its a really simple process actually.....
