You will not need a rising rate FPR (other than stock) with the Hondata unit. This is assuming that you have enough injector to supply fuel to meet your needs. In some cases however, if you are about to max out your injectors even with Hondata, you may increase fuel pressure (with an FPR). Usually that won't be necessary if the injectors are big enough.
